Humphrey Jewellery provides a 12-month manufacturing warranty that covers structural or craftsmanship faults only.

Please note that this warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear (including scratches, dents, or loss of lustre)

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care

• Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, essential oils, or hand creams that may cause metal or plating wear

• Loss of stones or damage resulting from impact or resizing by non-authorised jewellers

We recommend removing your jewellery before applying lotions, exercising, cleaning, or sleeping to preserve its beauty and longevity.

Return & Exchange Policy

As each Humphrey piece is individually made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or general wear and tear.

However, we proudly stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer the following:

• Manufacturing defects are covered under our Warranty Guarantee.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assessment and resolution.

• Approved items for return, repair, or remake must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Production and delivery times vary depending on your chosen design and level of customisation.

  • Standard designs: 14–45 days

  • Custom and bespoke designs: 30–60 days

Once your order is completed, you will receive tracking details via email.
All orders are securely packaged and shipped with full insurance for peace of mind.
