  • Humphrey Jewellery provides a 12-month manufacturing warranty that covers structural or craftsmanship faults only.

    Please note that this warranty does not cover:

    • General wear and tear (including scratches, dents, or loss of lustre)

    • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care

    • Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, essential oils, or hand creams that may cause metal or plating wear

    • Loss of stones or damage resulting from impact or resizing by non-authorised jewellers

    We recommend removing your jewellery before applying lotions, exercising, cleaning, or sleeping to preserve its beauty and longevity.
